Students in Years 1&2 have been celebrating the 400th anniversary from the death of Miguel de Cervantes, one of the most important Spanish authors. They were introduced to Don Quijote de la Mancha and the story of los molinos de viento (windmills). Students identified the main characters, sequenced events and practiced their narration skills by retelling the story.
