Los sonidos de la escuela / Sounds at school

[Eng] Students in Prep are discovering how sounds are made and through this learning more about their surroundings. We did a "sound hunt" and discover the different sounds we can hear around the school as well as how loud or soft those sounds were. Then, we did some experiments to learn about vibrations and how when objects vibrate, they produce sound. When doing all these activities, students were introduced to more vocabulary in Spanish to talk about the things around them.
[Sp] Los alumnos de Prep están descubriendo cómo se producen los sonidos y a partir de esto aprender más sobre su entorno. Hicimos una "caza de sonidos" y descubrimos diferentes sonidos que podemos escuchar a nuestro alrededor así como cuan fuertes o suaves eran esos sonidos. Hicimos también algunos experimentos para aprender acerca de la vibración y cómo cuando un objeto vibra, produce sonido. Al hacer estas actividades, los alumnos han incorporado más vocabulario en español para hablar sobre las cosas a su alrededor.
