¡Lluvia!

Students in Grades 3 & 4 continued working on their dramatic response to ‘Grande Lluvia Viene’ (‘Big Rain Coming’). In small groups they planned, practiced and performed a soundscape of la lluvia. They then added narration to their soundscape, focusing on delivering their lines con emoción. Here are the lines we learned, please ask the students for a translation! A couple of tips we talked about in class: H at the start of a word is silent (hay, hace, hola), E at the end of a word is not (hace, viene)!
Grande lluvia viene.
Pero no hay lluvia.
Hace calor.
No hay lluvia.
